I’ve been taking a basic photography class through the Stanford Continuing Studies Program. This week’s assignment was to make some portraits; most of them didn’t come out particularly well, but there were a few keepers.
This is the first batch of photos saved in Canon’s raw format (.cr2). It’s great for adjusting white balance; well worth the extra disk space. The next step is to color calibrate our monitors…
Update: The second week’s assignment was to do something that takes advantage of color.
