Sierra’s first day of school at Addison Elementary in Palo Alto was August 26. The school is about five blocks from the house, so we all walked/rode bikes over together. Sierra seemed very pleased about starting, and (as usual) had no separation anxiety. Does she know that this is the start of a 15 to 20 year process?
