We rented an RV in the Bay Area, picked up Sierra after her Outward Bound Trip in Oregon, then headed east to see the Starks and Redders in the Bighorn Mountains. Along the way, we stopped in Lava Beds National Monument, Tule Lake National Wildlife Refuge, Craters of the Moon National Monument, Grand Teton National Park, and Hot Springs State Park. This was our first RV trip, which had its own challenges, but we got it back home in one piece. It was also the first road trip for Riley, who settled right in.
